General Policies

The Pre-K program is prepared for children who are four years old and the maximum class size is 20. For Grades K-6, the maximum class size is 12 and children must register for their current grade level. Unless otherwise notified, classes meet for one hour and your child is accepted upon receipt of this application and check clearance. Please mark these classes on your calendar and make sure your child attends. There are no provisions for supervising children when they are not actually in class and neither ASAP nor the facility can assume responsibility for them. Parents who fall to pick up their children on time will be asked to withdraw them without a refund. There is no food consumption during class unless the ASAP leader distributes it to the children. ASAP adult Leaders do not have access to children's school records. We reserve the option of requiring the withdrawal without a refund of any child whose inappropriate behavior prevents the class from proceeding constructively despite the efforts of staff and parents. Please be aware that any materials, including ours, can be unsafe when not used as intended. Photos and video recordings of the children may be used for publicity purposes. Data may be collected confidentially for research purposes only. The ASAP programs admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students in the program. ASAP programs do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies. There are no refunds once registered unless the class is cancelled.
